What good is all this PS3 and PS Vita news if you don’t have a PlayStation system to play? Well, Sony has provided a solution to this problem (via GameInformer) – new systems with new colors.

Both PS3 and PSP will be getting a fresh coat of paint in Japan. PS3 will receive Splash Blue and Scarlet Red on November 17 (sure to please Infamous fans) in the 320GB model. PSP couldn’t make up its mind, so it’s gone for a black and red combo. It looks pretty cool, though if you haven’t bought a PSP in Japan yet, do you even have any interest in the system?
