Civ V gets Game of the Year edition this month

Sid Meier’s Civilization V is heading back to PC at the end of this month with a Game of the Year edition that packs more content for a cheaper price.

A $49.99 tag nets you a total of seven different DLC packs and a digital soundtrack.  That includes content like the Explorer’s Map Pack and a range of new regions and eras to play through. We’ll include the full list below.

The pack is available on September 27 in the US. No details on a global release just yet.

Civilization and Scenario Pack: The Mongols;
Civilization Pack: Babylon;
Cradle of Civilization Map Packs: Mesopotamia, Americas, Asia and Mediterranean;
