F1 2011 shows off Vita version

AppId is over the quota

Codemasters debuted the PS Vita version of F1 2011 at TGS this year, detailing some of the game’s extra modes and providing a (work-in-progress) trailer.

At the front and center of this version – which retains all tracks, drivers and teams – is the two vs. two co-op mode and four-player competitive races. The Full Season mode will be available along with single Grand Prix races and Time Trial and Challenge modes. The trailer below shows the same kind of gameplay we’d expect from the series, though we’ll admit those visuals could use a fair bit of work.

While release dates for both Vita and 3DS versions are unknown, the PS3, 360 and PC versions will hit worldwide next week. That’s September 20 for the US and September 23 for UK.
