Earn the Achievement to get the corresponding amount of GamerPoints added to your GamerScore. There are 49 achievements with a total of 1000 points.
1. Cloak & Daggers (10 points) – Deal with the man in the shadows.
2. Smash the State (10 points) – Help Officer Nicholas take out the trash.
3. Acquaintances Forgotten (10 points) -Follow Pritchard’s lead to uncover the truth.
4. Doctorate (50 points) – Read all 29 unique XP books within a single playthrough.
5. Lesser Evil (10 points) – Deal with Mr. Carella’s indiscretion.
6. Motherly Ties (10 points) – Put a grieving mother’s doubts to rest.
7. Corporate Warfare (10 points) – Protect a client’s interests by performing a less-than-hostile takeover.
8. Talion A.D. (10 points) – Descend into the bowels of an urban jungle and confront a warrior-priest.
9. Gun Nut (20 points) – Fully upgrade one of your weapons.
10. Bar Tab (10 points) – Help the Hive Bartender settle a tab.
11. Rotten Business (10 points) – Help a lady in the oldest of professions clean house.
12. Shanghai Justice (10 points) – It may take some sleuthing, but justice must be served.
13. Hax0r1! (15 points) Successfully hack 50 devices within the same playthrough.
14. Transhumanist (5 points) – Fully upgrade your first augmentation of choice.
15. Consciousness is Over-rated (15 points) – Knock out 100 enemies in a single playthrough.
16. First Takedown (5 points) – Perform your first Takedown. Civilians don’t count, so be nice.
17. Opportunist (15 points)- Perform 50 takedowns within the same playthrough. (Civilians don’t count.)
18. First Hack (5 points) – Perform your first Hack successfully.
19. Deus Ex Machina (50 points) – Experience all the different endings that Deus Ex: Human Revolution has to offer.
20. Pacifist (100 points) – Complete Deus Ex: Human Revolution without anyone dying by your hand. (Boss fights don’t count.)
21. Foxiest of the Hounds (100 points) – Complete Deus Ex: Human Revolution without setting off any alarms.
22. Up the Ante! (15 points) – Upgrade your first weapon of choice.
23. Trooper (50 points) – Complete Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
24. Legend (100 points) – Complete Deus Ex: Human Revolution at its hardest setting without ever changing the difficulty.
Secret Achievements
25. Ghost (15 points) – You made it through an entire hostile area without so much as a squeak.
You need to sneak through an entire section with out alerting or making anyone suspicious, the best place to do this is in the first area of the game just after you learn how to perform a Takedown. Also note that if you tap the B button (on Xbox 360) or the Circle button (on PS3) then it will knock the enemy out without killing that enemy. Since holding down that same button will actually kill the enemy, which you will not want to do if you’re going to try and complete the game without killing anyone.

26. Sentimental Value (10 points) – You kept Megan’s bracelet for yourself. Apparently, letting go really is the hardest part.
27. The Take (10 points) – Greedy bastard. You accepted O’Malley’s blood money and let him go.
28. Guardian Angel (10 points) – You paid poor Jaya’s debt in full. How very… humane… of you.
29. The D Project (15 points) – You watched the entire credit list and saw the surprise at the end.
30. Good Soul (15 points) – Against all odds, you saved Faridah Malik’s life.
31. Hangar 18 (10 points) – You found and read the secret message. Now you know too much…
32. Super Sleuth (10 points) – You really nailed your case against Lee Hong.
33. Ladies Man (10 points) – You convinced Mengyao to spill the beans on the mysterious Hyron Project.
34. Balls (5 points) – Seems you like playing with balls, eh?
When you come across a basketball court, just pickup the ball and throw it throught the hoop and your achievement will unlock.

35. Lucky Guess (10 points) – Next time, Jacob better use a more complex code to arm his bombs.
36. Kevorkian Complex (10 points) – You granted a dying man his final request.
37. The Fall (10 points) – You sent Diamond Chan on the trip of a lifetime.
38. The End (25 points) – You defeated Zhao Yun Ru and destroyed the Hyron Project.
39. Old School Gamer (10 points) – You found all the hidden story items in Megan’s office. Point and Click much?
This is at the very starting point of the game where you are in Megan’s Office and you need to find all the secret Items, there are six to click on so follow the video and you should have the achievement in no time.

40. Unforeseen Consequence (15 points) – You convinced Zeke Sanders to let his hostage go.
This will be near the end of Chapter Two, After coming out of a elevator and making your way up some stairs. You will come up to a double door, when you open this door, a cutscene will start and from here you can use the four options below to convince Zeke to let the hostage go.
The four Options are as follows:
Option 1 – Try to Free Josie
Option 2 – Reason
Option 3 – Empathize
Option 4 – Reason
41. The Bull (25 points) – You defeated Lawrence Barrett, elite member of a secret mercenary hit squad.
42. The Mantis (25 points) – You defeated Yelena Fedorova, elite member of a secret mercenary hit squad.
43. The Snake (25 points) – You defeated Jaron Namir, Leader of Belltower’s Elite Special Operations Unit.
44. The Throwdown (15 points) – You convinced the smooth-talking politician Bill Taggart to tell the truth in public.
45. The Last Straw (15 points) – You talked Doctor Isaias Sandoval out of suicide.
46. The Final Countdown (15 points) – You showed millionaire Hugh Darrow that his logic was flawed.
47. The Desk Job (15 points) – You convinced Wayne Haas to let you into the morgue.
Welcome to ‘The Desk Job’ Achievement guide. you need to convince Wayne Haas to let you in to the morgue inside the police precinct. Save just before you attempt this because i found each time you try this you get a different reaction to the choice you make. I would highly recommend the Social Enhancement to help you with this.
48. Yes Boss (15 points) – You had an argument with your boss, David Sarif, and won.
After taking out the hitman squad and going back to Sarif Industries. Go see Pritchard. After seeing him, make your way to Sarif’s office. When you enter, you will be confronting him about a private access route he had created to bypass the companay’s firewall. Follow the four options below and He will admit to all of this and send you the files.
The three Options are as follows:
Option 1 – Defend
Option 2 – Placate
Option 3 – Defend
Option 4 – Defend
49. Darker Shades (15 points) – You convinced a fast-talking bartender to let you see Tong Si Hung.
This bartender can be found in the nightclub (The Hibe) on the first Floor. If you follow the three options below the bartender will let you see Tong Si Hung and your achievement will unlock.
The three Options are as follows:
Option 1 – Pinpoint
Option 2 – Pinpoint
Option 3 – Advise
Earn Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Secret Trophies to increase your Gamer Level.

Platinum (Platinum) – You unlocked every trophy in the game.
